And Happy Monday. I hope you are all doing well?
I have a simple scene card today, that I want to share with you.
It’s truly soft colors, and I played with a little bit of pattern paper. I have to admit that I have a lot off pattern paper, but I’m not really good at using it… Because I don’t know how! But I think it looks perfect on this card.
First I die cut my panel out of Sea glass card stock using Stitched Rectangles Die from Simon Says Stamp. Then I used A die from Pretty Pink Posh that looks like clouds, that I cut out of printer paper, so I could use it as a mask for my clouds. And ink blended the panel with Distress Ink Peacock Feathers. I die cut the circle and added foam tape at the back to give it some dimension.
The stamp set and dies I used for this card is from Simon Says Stamp – Soaring For You, but I think it’s discontinued because I couldn’t find it in there shop.
I die cut the kits out of pattern paper, and some white card stock, to make it sturdier. I ink blended a little bit of Distress Ink – Broken China to the edge of the clouds, to give them some more dimension and glued them down. For the sentiment I white heat embossed it on a Fog card stock from Simon Says Stamp and added foam at the back. For the finishing touch I added some yellow stickles on the hearts.
